Navigating the EU Whistleblowing Directive for UK organisation

Now that the deadline of the EU whistleblowing Directive has expired, we need to ask: is it still relevant post-Brexit? In short, yes.

While the UK has no obligation to implement the Directive, British companies which operate throughout Europe might still need to comply with some of the provisions.
